Frequently Asked Questions

What coffee size does it suit?

It holds 110 ml when filled to the brim. That is ideal for espresso and short coffees.

Is a saucer included?

No, the saucer is sold separately. The matching saucer is AFC Bistro Cafe Tulip Espresso Saucer 115 mm (item AFC002, sold separately).

Will it fit under my coffee machine?

Measure the gap between your group head and drip tray and compare it with the cup height (60 mm). Most standard cafe machines take cups of this style comfortably.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. It is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Scrape plates before washing and use a non-abrasive detergent to keep the glaze looking its best. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, like moving a piece straight from the freezer to a hot oven.

Are other AFC Bistro Cafe pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the AFC Bistro Cafe range, including the AFC Bistro Cafe Stacking Tea Cup 220 ml; the AFC Bistro Cafe Cappuccino Cup 240 ml; the AFC Bistro Cafe Tea Saucer 153 mm. Mixing pieces from one range keeps your table or back bar consistent. Contact us and we can put together the full set you need.
