Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it hold?
It holds about 330 ml, enough gravy or sauce for a table of two to four.
What else can I use it for?
Custard, cream, dressings, jus and dipping sauces.
Should I warm it first?
Warming it with hot water before filling helps keep gravy and sauces hot at the table.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. It is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Scrape plates before washing and use a non-abrasive detergent to keep the glaze looking its best. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, like moving a piece straight from the freezer to a hot oven.
Are other AFC Bistro Cafe pieces available?
Yes. We stock other pieces from the AFC Bistro Cafe range, including the AFC Bistro Cafe Stacking Tea Cup 220 ml; the AFC Bistro Cafe Cappuccino Cup 240 ml; the AFC Bistro Cafe Tea Saucer 153 mm.
