It measures 76 mm and holds about 50 ml.
How many do I need?
Most venues order at least one per cover for items served with sauces, plus extras to allow for washing between turns.
Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. It is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Scrape plates before washing and use a non-abrasive detergent to keep the glaze looking its best. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, like moving a piece straight from the freezer to a hot oven.
