Frequently Asked Questions

What coffee size does it suit?

It holds 220 ml when filled to the brim. That suits a regular flat white, cappuccino, latte or a cup of tea.

Is a saucer included?

No, the saucer is sold separately. The matching saucer is AFC Flinders Universal Tea Saucer 146 mm (item AFC133, sold separately).

Will it fit under my coffee machine?

Measure the gap between your group head and drip tray and compare it with the cup height (65 mm). Most standard cafe machines take cups of this style comfortably.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. It is dishwasher and microwave safe. Scrape plates before washing and use a non-abrasive detergent to keep the glaze looking its best. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, like moving a piece straight from the freezer to a hot oven. It is also backed by a 5 year edge chip warranty.

Are other AFC Flinders pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the AFC Flinders range, including the AFC Flinders Wide Rim Plate 165 mm; the AFC Flinders Wide Rim Plate 205 mm; the AFC Flinders Wide Rim Plate 230 mm. Mixing pieces from one range keeps your table or back bar consistent. Contact us and we can put together the full set you need.
