This Guery heavy-duty blue steel baking sheet is gastronorm 1/1 size, 530 x 325 x 15 mm, with a low edge for easy sliding and turning. Blue steel heats quickly and evenly, giving a great golden colour on breads, pastries and roasted vegetables.
With use, blue steel develops a natural dark patina that improves its non-stick performance. A professional baking sheet that fits standard GN ovens and racks.
