Cakes and tarts up to about 300mm across sit comfortably on the 330mm platform, leaving room for a cake cover.

Does a cover fit?

Yes. A 300mm cake cover sits on the platform. We stock acrylic and plastic covers to suit.

How do I clean it?

Wash in warm, soapy water or run it through a commercial dishwasher, then dry it straight away to avoid water spots. Avoid steel wool, scourers and bleach-based cleaners, which can scratch or mark stainless steel.

Which height should I choose?

Low stands suit flat displays and cheesecakes, medium stands lift cakes to eye level, and tall stands make a feature piece. Many venues mix heights.

Can I cut cake on it?

Light cutting is fine, but knives will scratch the stainless surface over time. Use a cake board under the cake if you slice on the stand.
