The Stainless Steel Cutlery Cylinder 115 x 140mm keeps cutlery organised, hygienic and easy to grab, whether it is at the dishwasher, on the cutlery station or out on a self-serve counter. It is made from brushed stainless steel, measuring 115mm across the top and 140mm high.

The perforated design lets water drain away and air flow through, so cutlery dries faster after washing. Load knives, forks and spoons handle-up for service, or handle-down for washing, and staff and customers only ever touch the handles.

How many cutlery cylinders do I need?

Most venues use one cylinder per type of cutlery, for example knives, forks, dessert spoons and teaspoons, plus spares so a clean set is ready while the other is in the wash.

Can I wash cutlery in the cylinder?

Yes. Load cutlery handle-down into the cylinder, wash it in a commercial dishwasher, then flip it into a clean cylinder so staff only touch the handles when setting tables.

Will it fit in my dishwasher rack?

Cylinders are designed to sit in a standard dishwasher rack. Check the height against your machine before ordering if you have an under-bench unit with limited clearance.

How do I clean it?

Wash in warm, soapy water or run it through a commercial dishwasher, then dry it straight away to avoid water spots. Avoid steel wool, scourers and bleach-based cleaners, which can scratch or mark stainless steel.
