Dudson Evo Granite Chef's Tray 270 x 121 mm
The Dudson Evo Granite Chef's Tray 270 x 121 mm is a 270 x 121 mm tray in Granite (grey, matt reactive), made for share plates, canapes, entrees and long, linear plating. Dudson Evo has a hand-thrown look and a reactive glaze with several colour tones, so each piece is slightly different. It has a rolled edge and fully glazed foot, and is resistant to thermal and mechanical shock.
It suits cafes, restaurants, hotels and function venues that want a distinctive colour on the table that holds up to commercial use. It is dishwasher and microwave safe, so it fits straight into a busy service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes. This tray is rated dishwasher and microwave safe, so it goes straight through your normal commercial wash. Use non-abrasive cleaning products to keep the glaze looking its best.
What can I serve on a 270 x 121 mm tray?
At 270 x 121 mm, it suits share plates, canapes, entrees and long, linear plating. Measure your current plates if you are matching an existing setup.
What is a chef's tray used for?
Use it for share plates, entrees, canapes and anything you want to plate in a line, such as sliders, skewers or dumplings.
Are there other pieces in the Evo range?
Yes. The Evo range includes other sizes and shapes, so you can build a matching set. Contact us and we will put the full list and a quote together.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
No. The glaze is designed to vary slightly from piece to piece, so expect small differences in tone and pattern. That variation is part of the handcrafted look.
