Matfer Bourgeat Swing XL Commercial Salad Spinner
The Matfer Bourgeat Swing XL is a large commercial salad spinner with a capacity of about 19 litres (5 US gallons) - enough for four to five heads of lettuce at once. It is 46 cm across with a low, wide base for stability.
A swing handle and multiple-gear system cut down turning effort, and a drainage tube lets water out without lifting the lid. The polypropylene body and aerated basket are paired with a clear polycarbonate lid. Made in France.
