Anvil Aire Salad and Cake Display 1800 mm 850L with 15 x 1/1 GN Pans DSS3860
The Anvil Aire DSS3860 is a refrigerated display that works two ways: fit the clear 1/1 GN pans for a salad or deli bar, or swap to the frosted glass shelves for cakes and desserts. It is 1800 mm wide, 830 mm deep and 1350 mm high, with 850 L of capacity and 15 clear gastronorm pans supplied.
It holds 2 to 8°C with ventilated cooling and automatic defrost. Cool white LED strip lighting shows the food off, the glass on the front, top and sides is heated to help stop fogging, and staff serve from the rear sliding doors.

Yes. It comes with clear 1/1 GN pans for salads and deli items, and frosted glass shelves for cakes and desserts, so you can set it up either way.
What temperature does it hold?
It holds between 2 and 8°C. Load it with food that is already chilled.
What pans does it take?
It is supplied with 15 full-size (1/1) gastronorm pans. Standard 1/1 GN pans can be used as replacements.
How do I clean it?
Remove the pans and shelves and wash them in warm soapy water. Wipe the cabinet and glass with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaner, and keep the condenser filter clean.
Where should it go?
It is rated for rooms up to 32°C with 82% humidity. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources, and leave space around it for airflow.
