The Anvil Aire NDSV3760 is a 3 tier refrigerated cake and pastry display with square glass on every side, so cakes, slices and desserts are on show from all angles. It is 1800 mm wide, 680 mm deep and 1200 mm high, with 585 L of display space, a long, eye-catching display for busy patisseries, bakeries and dessert bars.

It holds 2 to 8°C with ventilated cooling and automatic defrost. Inside are two frosted glass shelves plus a stainless steel base shelf, all lit by LED lighting you can switch between warm and cool white. The glass is heated to help stop fogging, staff load from the rear sliding doors, and the black brushed stainless steel body has front and side panels that come off for cleaning and servicing.

What temperature does it hold?

It holds between 2 and 8°C, which suits cakes, slices, cheesecakes and other chilled desserts. Load it with product that is already chilled.

Can I use it as a non-refrigerated display?

Yes. The lights can run on their own, so you can use it as an ambient display for items such as biscuits, breads or packaged goods.

Where should I put it?

It is rated for rooms up to 32°C with 82% humidity. Keep it out of direct sun and away from ovens and coffee machines, and leave room around the vents so it can breathe.

How do I keep the glass clear?

The heated glass helps stop fogging. Clean the glass and shelves with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner, and keep the condenser filter clean so the cabinet can hold temperature.

What sizes are available?
