The Everlasting DAE1501 is a dry age meat cabinet that turns ageing beef into a feature of your venue. It holds around 200 kg, measures 1500 x 850 x 2080 mm, and has a black glazed stainless steel finish with two self-closing glass doors and a key lock.

It runs at 0 to +10°C with humidity from 40% to 90% RH, with a UV light, LED lighting, automatic air exchange and automatic defrost. It does not need a water connection, so it can go wherever you have power. Made in Italy by Everlasting.
