AISI 304 FAT DRIP PAN GRID 1/1 GN 533 X 345 X 41 MM

EKA AISI 304 Fat Drip Pan with Grid GN 1/1 MKT11RG

The EKA MKT11RG AISI 304 Fat Drip Pan with Grid GN 1/1 (533 x 345 x 41 mm) is made for commercial ovens. Use it for roasting chickens, ribs and other fatty cuts, catching fat and juices in the pan below while the grid holds the food up in the airflow.

The deep pan keeps fat contained so it does not burn on the oven floor, which saves cleaning time and keeps flavours clean.
