EKA Millennial Electric Condensation Hood for MKF 664 TS and MKF 1064 TS Ovens MKKC 610
The EKA MKKC 610 is an electric condensation hood from the Millennial line, built for the MKF 664 TS and MKF 1064 TS touch-screen ovens. It sits above the oven and draws in the steam and vapour released when the door opens, condensing it so less steam escapes into the kitchen.
It runs automatically and is controlled from the oven's touch-screen panel. A single fan moves 400 to 600 m³ of air an hour through a labyrinth filter, it plugs into a standard single-phase outlet, and it has a flue connection for a 120 mm pipe (chimney sold separately).
