The EKA MKSBX 416 is a pair of left and right tray supports that hold 4 trays in an EKA oven. The dual-support design takes both 600 x 400 bakery trays and GN 1/1 gastronorm pans, so one oven can switch between pastry and savoury cooking.

Made from AISI 430 stainless steel, the supports fit inside the oven cavity and can be removed for cleaning.
