The Inomak UBI72240LB is a low boy refrigerated drawer unit designed to sit under your cooking line and carry equipment such as grills, griddles and fryers on top. It measures 2240 x 700 x 660 mm plus castors, with 8 drawers on telescopic guides that each take 1/1 GN pans up to 100 mm deep.

It holds 0 to +10°C, defrosts automatically and is rated to 43°C ambient, so it copes with the heat of the line. Built in heavy-duty 304 stainless steel and made in Greece by Inomak.
