The KitchenAid KSMC7QFB is a commercial stainless steel flat beater for KitchenAid 6.9 litre (7 quart) and 7.6 litre (8 quart) commercial bowl lift stand mixers. It is the everyday attachment for cake batters, biscuit doughs, mashed potato, icing and creamed butter and sugar.
