Sammic G30 Ice Shaver 300 W

The Sammic G30 is a commercial ice shaver that turns ice into fine snow in seconds, ready for granitas, shaved ice desserts and syrup-based drinks. It measures 450 x 210 x 430 mm, so it sits neatly on a bar or dessert counter.

A 300 W motor with thermal protection drives the blade at 1400 rpm and is built for continuous use. The hopper, lever and blade holder are light alloy, the blade and collection tub are stainless steel, and a safety system works through the lift lever. Made in Italy by Ceado for Sammic.
