Frequently Asked Questions
Which machine does it fit?
It is listed to suit the Gelato 4K Touch i-Green. Check your machine model before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure.
Why buy a spare bowl?
A second bowl lets you freeze a finished batch and start the next one straight away, which saves time when making several flavours.
Can it go in the freezer?
Yes. That is the main reason to have a spare: store the gelato in its bowl in the freezer until service.
Will it fit other Nemox or Sammic machines?
Do not assume it will. Bowls differ between models even when the capacity is similar, so use the bowl listed for your machine.
How do I clean it?
Wash it in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly before use. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch the stainless steel.
Need a Hand?
