Scotsman EcoX Self-Contained Gourmet Ice Maker 39 kg per Day, 19 kg Storage ECS 87 AS OX
The Scotsman ECS 87 AS OX is a self-contained ice maker from the EcoX range that makes crystal-clear gourmet cubes, the thimble-shaped ice that looks great in premium drinks. It produces up to 39 kg a day (at 21°C air, 10°C water) and stores 19 kg in its built-in bin, in a 531 x 600 x 825 mm cabinet including legs.
The XSafe sanitation system uses UV-generated reactive oxygen to help keep bacteria, mould and odours down, and Agion antimicrobial protection is built into internal parts. It runs on natural R290 refrigerant, is air-cooled, has a front-washable air filter and a maintenance alert light, and its drain can pump water up to 15 m.
