Frequently Asked Questions

Which ovens does it suit?

It is designed for UNOX CHEFTOP MIND.Maps countertop GN 1/1 ovens. UNOX notes that some versions within an oven line may differ, so send us your oven model number and we will confirm the fit.

Why use a stand?

A stand lifts the oven to a safe, comfortable working height and frees up bench space underneath.

Can I store trays in it?

This is an open stand without tray supports. Use the open space for storage or choose a stand version with lateral supports.

Is it suitable for stacking ovens?

UNOX uses low and intermediate stands in some double-stack set-ups. Talk to us before stacking so we can confirm the right kit for your ovens.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it down with warm water and mild detergent and dry it to keep the stainless steel in good condition.
