The UNOX XEVHC-HC11 is a steam condensing hood that sits on top of CHEFTOP MIND.Maps countertop GN 1/1 electric ovens. It catches the steam released when the oven door opens and condenses it, partially removing steam and odours so you can run the oven where a full extraction canopy is not practical.

The condensing filter is self-cleaning and the integrated condenser washes automatically. A high-flow fan draws the steam away without affecting how the oven cooks. It works with electric ovens only.
