The UNOX XEVHC-CF11 is a steam condensing hood that sits on top of CHEFTOP MIND.Maps countertop GN 1/1 electric ovens. It catches the steam released when the oven door opens and condenses it, and its activated carbon filter removes most odours as well, so it suits kitchens where fumes cannot be ducted outside.
The condensing filter is self-cleaning and the integrated condenser washes automatically. A high-flow fan draws the steam away without affecting how the oven cooks. It works with electric ovens only.
