Duralex Provence Tumbler 160 ml

The Duralex Provence Tumbler is a tumbler made from tempered glass. At 160 ml, it suits water, juice and spirits on ice, and works across the bar, restaurant and breakfast service.

Duralex has made its tempered glassware in France since the 1940s. Fully tempered soda-lime glass resists mechanical and thermal shock, and it is dishwasher and microwave safe, which is why it is a favourite in cafes, schools and canteens. It is a dependable choice for venues that want good-looking drinks service without constant replacements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is it?

It holds 160 ml, stands 85 mm high and measures 68 mm across. Stated capacities are usually measured to the brim, so a standard pour sits a little lower.

What drinks suit this glass?

Spirits neat or on the rocks, Old Fashioneds and Negronis, mixed drinks, water and juice, depending on the size.

Can I serve hot drinks in it?

It is designed for cold drinks. Tempered glass handles temperature changes better than standard glass, but avoid pouring boiling water straight into a cold glass.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe. As tempered glass it handles knocks and temperature changes better than standard glass, but still avoid thermal shock, such as adding ice to a glass that is still hot from the washer. Store glasses upright and avoid stacking them inside each other unless they are designed to stack.
