Frequently Asked Questions

What size is it?

It holds 207 ml, stands 83 mm high and measures 79 mm across at the rim. Stated capacities are usually measured to the brim, so a standard pour sits a little lower.

What drinks suit this glass?

Spirits neat or on the rocks, Old Fashioneds and Negronis, mixed drinks, water and juice, depending on the size.

Can I serve hot drinks in it?

It is designed for cold drinks. Avoid pouring hot or boiling liquids into it, as sudden temperature changes can crack glassware.

How should I clean and look after it?

Wash it as you would your other glassware, then air dry or polish with a lint-free cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding ice to a glass that is still hot from the washer. Store glasses upright and don't force them inside each other.

Are other Libbey Inverness pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the Libbey Inverness range, including the Libbey Inverness Beverage Glass 296 ml; the Libbey Inverness Rocks Glass 266 ml; the Libbey Inverness Beverage Glass 355 ml.
