Frequently Asked Questions

What size is it?

It holds 311 ml, stands 178 mm high and measures 67 mm across at the rim. Stated capacities are usually measured to the brim, so a standard pour sits a little lower.

Which cocktails suit this glass?

Pina Coladas, Blue Hawaiians and other tropical or blended cocktails, plus sundaes and milkshake-style desserts.

How do I keep cocktails cold?

Chill the glass in the fridge or fill it with ice and water while you mix the drink, then tip it out before pouring. A chilled glass keeps the drink colder for longer.

How should I clean and look after it?

Wash it as you would your other glassware, then air dry or polish with a lint-free cloth. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding ice to a glass that is still hot from the washer. Store glasses upright and don't force them inside each other.

Are other Libbey Embassy pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the Libbey Embassy range, including the Libbey Embassy Brandy Glass 355 ml; the Libbey Embassy Poco Grande Glass 392 ml; the Libbey Embassy Beer Glass 296 ml. Mixing pieces from one range keeps your table or back bar consistent. Contact us and we can put together the full set you need.
