Frequently Asked Questions

What size is it?

It holds 270 ml, stands 187 mm high and measures 75 mm across. Stated capacities are usually measured to the brim, so a standard pour sits a little lower.

What is a standard wine pour?

A standard glass of wine served in Australian venues is commonly 150 ml, with many venues also offering a 250 ml large pour. A bigger bowl leaves space above the pour so the wine can be swirled and the aromas collected.

Is it suitable for red and white wine?

Yes. It is a versatile all-rounder for both red and white wine.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe. To keep it clear and sparkling, avoid thermal shock, such as adding ice to a glass that is still hot from the washer. Store glasses upright and avoid stacking them inside each other unless they are designed to stack.

Are other Schott Zwiesel Mondial pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the Schott Zwiesel Mondial range, including the Schott Zwiesel Mondial Burgundy Glass 335 ml; the Schott Zwiesel Mondial Goblet 415 ml; the Schott Zwiesel Mondial Champagne Flute 205 ml. Mixing pieces from one range keeps your table or back bar consistent. Contact us and we can put together the full set you need.
