Frequently Asked Questions

What size is it?

It holds 385 ml, stands 114 mm high. Stated capacities are usually measured to the brim, so a standard pour sits a little lower.

What drinks suit this glass?

Water, wine and casual mixed drinks. Stemless glasses are stable, easy to hold and quicker to polish and store than stemware.

Can I serve hot drinks in it?

It is designed for cold drinks. Avoid pouring hot or boiling liquids into it, as sudden temperature changes can crack glassware.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, it is dishwasher safe. To keep it clear and sparkling, avoid thermal shock, such as adding ice to a glass that is still hot from the washer. Store glasses upright and avoid stacking them inside each other unless they are designed to stack.

Are other Schott Zwiesel Vina pieces available?

Yes. We stock other pieces from the Schott Zwiesel Vina range, including the Schott Zwiesel Vina Burgundy Wine Glass 404 ml; the Schott Zwiesel Vina Goblet 530 ml; the Schott Zwiesel Vina White Wine Glass 290 ml.
