Victorinox Rex Universal Peeler
The Victorinox Rex universal peeler is a classic Y-shaped peeler with an aluminium frame and a stainless steel blade. It peels potatoes, carrots, apples and other fruit and veg quickly, working in both directions so you can peel with a back-and-forth action.
It is light at around 14 g, so it is comfortable over a long prep session, and the wide shape gives good control. A simple, reliable tool from the Swiss knife maker.
