TEFLON ICE CREAM SCOOPER / DIPPER NO. 12

Ice Cream Scooper / Dipper Teflon Coated No. 12

A No. 12 ice cream scooper and dipper with a Teflon non-stick coating. The number tells you the portion size: a No. 12 scoop gives roughly 12 scoops per US quart (about 946 ml), so a smaller number means a bigger scoop.

Using the same numbered scoop every time keeps portions and costs consistent across ice cream, mashed potato, rice and cookie dough. The non-stick coating helps ice cream release cleanly.
