How much Lemon Tea syrup should I use per drink?

As a starting point, around 15 ml suits an iced tea, lemonade or regular coffee, and 15 to 30 ml suits a cocktail, frappe or milkshake. Adjust to taste and write the dose into your recipe so every drink is the same.

How long does it last once opened?

Monin advises that an opened bottle with the cap on keeps for roughly 90 to 180 days, or about 30 to 60 days with a pump or pour spout fitted. Always check the best-before date on the label.

How should I store it?

Store the bottle at room temperature (around 18 to 27°C) in a clean, dry spot out of direct sunlight. There is no need to refrigerate. Cap the bottle or cover the pump nozzle overnight.

Does it fit a pump?

Yes. The Monin 10 ml pump is made to fit Monin 700 ml syrup bottles and gives a measured 10 ml with each press. Pumps are sold separately.

Can it be used in cold drinks as well as hot?

Yes. Monin syrups are liquid, so they blend straight into iced drinks, sodas and cocktails as well as hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate, with no need to dissolve anything.
