Each full press gives 15 ml. Count presses in your recipes, for example two presses for 30 ml.

Will it fit other brands of bottle?

It is made to suit Monin 1 L fruit puree and sauce bottles. Other brands use different necks and bottle heights, so it may not fit or seal properly on them.

How do I clean it?

Pump warm water through it, then take it apart and wash the parts in warm, soapy water. Rinse and let it dry before refitting. Clean it regularly and whenever you change flavours.

Is the bottle included?

No. This listing is for the pump only. We stock the bottles separately.

How do I keep the nozzle clean overnight?

Wipe the nozzle at the end of service and cover it, or cap the bottle, so syrup does not dry on the tip or attract insects.
