Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use metal utensils?

Use silicone, nylon or wooden utensils to protect the non-stick surface.

Is it induction compatible?

Aluminium pans are generally not induction compatible unless they have a steel base. Check with us before buying for induction.

How do I clean it?

Let it cool, then wash by hand with a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh detergents.

What heat should I use?

Medium heat is best. Very high heat shortens the life of any non-stick coating.

How long will the non-stick last?

It depends on use and care. Avoiding metal utensils, high heat and dishwashers keeps it working longer.
