A black polycarbonate 1/1 gastronorm food pan, 150 mm deep. It fits standard 1/1 GN openings (530 x 325 mm) in bain maries, refrigerated food bars, salad bars and display cabinets.

Black pans make food colours pop on display and hide wear better than clear pans. Polycarbonate is light, tough and food safe, and resists cracking from knocks during service and storage.
