Frequently Asked Questions

What size is a No. 7 nozzle?

Nozzle numbers go up with the size of the opening. Small numbers suit fine detail and writing, and larger numbers suit bold piping, meringues and fillings.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. You can also wash it in warm, soapy water and use a small brush to clean the tip.

Will it fit my piping bag?

It suits Kookie piping bags. Trim the end of the bag so the nozzle sits snugly with the tip poking through.

Plastic or stainless steel nozzles?

Plastic nozzles will not rust, dent or cut through bags, and they are gentle and light to use. Stainless nozzles hold a very sharp edge for crisp detail.

What can I pipe with it?

Dots, lines, lettering, meringue kisses, choux and eclairs.
