Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to grease it?

A light wipe of oil or a dusting of semolina helps the base release and gives a crisper finish.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is best. Dishwasher chemicals can dull and discolour aluminium.

Can I cut pizza on it?

You can, but cutting will scratch the tray over time. A cutting board or pizza screen is better for cutting.

Do the trays stack?

Yes. They nest neatly to save space on the shelf.

Do you have other sizes?

Yes. We stock aluminium pizza trays from 150 mm (6 inch) up to 380 mm (15 inch).
