KH Royal Aluminium Stockpot with Lid 90 L (510 x 450 mm)
The KH Royal Stockpot is a large 90 litre aluminium stockpot with lid, measuring 510 mm in diameter by 450 mm high. It is built for big-batch stocks, soups, sauces, pasta and boiling in commercial kitchens.
Aluminium heats quickly and evenly, and the pot is fitted with two strong riveted handles for lifting. The matching lid keeps heat in and speeds up boiling. It suits gas and electric cooktops and stock pot burners.

Can it go on induction?
No. Aluminium is not magnetic, so it will not work on induction.
How full can I fill it?
Leave space at the top for boiling. Remember a full pot of this size is very heavy, so use two people or a ladle to empty it.
Why does aluminium discolour?
Aluminium can darken with use and some foods. This is normal. Avoid storing acidic foods in it for long periods.
How do I clean it?
Wash with warm, soapy water. Avoid harsh alkaline or caustic cleaners, which can damage aluminium.
