The Blue Gizmo BG32MINI is a compact, non-contact infrared thermometer that reads surface temperature in about a second. Point it at the food, surface or equipment and pull the trigger, with no probe to clean between items.

Because nothing touches the food, it is a fast, hygienic way to check deliveries, cold display cabinets, bain maries and hot plates. Infrared reads the surface only, so pair it with a probe thermometer when you need the core temperature of cooked food.
