A 240 mm yellow polycarbonate utility tong. Colour-coded tongs help you keep raw and cooked foods, or allergen foods, separate so one set of tongs is not used across everything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why use colour-coded tongs?
Using a set colour for each food type helps reduce cross-contamination and allergen contact. Pick a system and label your stations.
Can they be used for hot food?
They suit serving and handling food. Do not use them over open flames, grills or in hot oil.
Are they dishwasher safe?
Yes. Wash them after each shift, or more often when switching between foods.
Will they scratch non-stick pans?
No. Polycarbonate is much gentler on non-stick surfaces than metal tongs.
What colours are available?
This range comes in blue, green, red and yellow.
