The Matfer Exoglass Spatula is a 300 mm rigid spatula made from Exoglass, Matfer's own composite material. It is heat resistant to 220°C, so it is just as happy stirring a hot sauce as folding stiff mayonnaise or creams.

Exoglass is non-porous, will not rust and is safe on all cookware including non-stick. It is dishwasher safe, NSF certified and designed and made in France.
