PASTRY BRUSH NATURAL WOOD WITH PLASTIC BAND 50mm

Pastry Brush Natural Bristle with Plastic Band 50 mm

This 50 mm Trenton pastry brush has natural bristles held in a plastic band on a wooden handle. Natural bristles hold egg wash, butter and glazes well and spread them evenly over pastries, breads and roasts.

The plastic band holds the bristles firmly in place, and the wooden handle is comfortable to hold. Keep a few widths on hand for fine detail work and larger trays.

Wash in warm, soapy water, rinse well and dry bristles down.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

Hand washing is recommended to protect the wooden handle and natural bristles.

Can I use it with hot oil?

Natural bristles suit egg wash, butter and glazes. For basting hot food on the grill, use a high-heat brush.
