The Cambro tall meal delivery cart carries 16 trays of 14 x 18 in (356 x 457 mm), 8 per compartment, in a one-piece double-wall polyethylene body with CFC-free foam insulation. It keeps meals and trays protected from the kitchen to the ward.
It has a lockable paddle-latch door that opens 270°, a floor drain and self-draining shelves for easy cleaning, and rolls on 6 in nylon castors (2 swivel with brake, 2 rigid). It is NSF listed and unheated.
