Frequently Asked Questions
What is in the box?
The set includes 4 matching bowls, each about 14 cm diameter, presented in a gift box.
Can the pieces go in the dishwasher and microwave?
Yes. The porcelain pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Is it suitable for commercial use?
The porcelain is made for everyday use, but as a boxed set it is best suited to gifting, retail and home use. For larger venue quantities, the open-stock pieces in the same collection are a better fit.
Can I buy matching pieces separately?
Yes. Many Japonism pieces are sold individually, so you can add plates, bowls or dishes in the same design. Ask our team what is currently available.
Will the pattern vary between pieces?
The designs are applied to each piece, so you may see small variations in colour or placement between pieces. That is part of the character of Japanese tableware.
