Tokyo Design Studio Lily Flower Ramen Bowl 20.5 x 8 cm Red

The Tokyo Design Studio Lily Flower Ramen Bowl is a generous Japanese-style noodle bowl, measuring about 20.5 cm diameter x 8 cm high. It suits ramen, udon, pho, laksa and other noodle soups. The Lily Flower collection features a lily motif in a choice of colours, so you can keep a set uniform or mix colours across the table.

Made in Japan from porcelain, it is dishwasher and microwave safe, so it handles daily use as easily as it looks good on the table. It is a simple way to give a ramen bar, izakaya, sushi restaurant or Asian fusion cafe an authentic Japanese feel, and pieces from across the collection mix and match well.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size noodle serve does it suit?

At about 20.5 cm diameter x 8 cm high, it suits a full single serve of ramen or noodle soup with room for toppings. Check the size against your current bowls if you are matching portion sizes.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. It is porcelain and safe in both the dishwasher and the microwave, so it suits busy service and reheating.

How do I keep it looking its best?

Wash with a normal detergent and avoid abrasive scourers on the decorated surfaces. Stack carefully with like-sized pieces to avoid chipping the rims.

Does it match other Tokyo Design Studio pieces?

Yes. Pieces in the Lily Flower collection are designed to be used together, and the Japanese patterns across Tokyo Design Studio mix well if you want a more eclectic table.

Will every piece look exactly the same?

The designs are applied to each piece, so you may see small variations in colour or pattern placement between items. That is part of the character of Japanese tableware.
